As part of this partnership, we will be working together to make FAST NUCES a cashless campus. This will enable students, faculty, and staff to use digital payments to pay for goods and services on campus. leading to increased financial inclusion and economic activity of the unbanked.
Several supply-side digital payments and banking developments have taken place in Pakistan in the last 5-7 years,
led by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP),
and development finance institutions such as Karandaaz Pakistan (funded by the Foundation) and the World Bank.
